Section 53
Sub-committee may be formed
(1) The committee may form sub-committees as necessary to carry out the work it has to do according to this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the sub-committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the committee at the time of formation of such sub-committee.
